How Saving Works and Copyright

Effective date: July 16, 2026

Daily Bite is a personal recipe organizer. When you import a recipe, we structure it for your own private use and keep a link back to the source. We do not crawl the web, collect recipes in bulk, or republish anyone's work.

How importing a recipe works

You choose a single recipe and paste its link. Our importer reads that one public page and pulls out the practical parts you cook from: the ingredient list and the steps. We save that structured recipe, along with the original source link, to your private account so you can find it again.

We do this one recipe at a time, only for a page you chose. Daily Bite does not run bots, crawl sites, or gather recipes in bulk.

What we structure, and what we leave with the creator

A recipe's ingredient list and method are the functional parts you need in the kitchen. Those are what Daily Bite structures for your personal use.

We deliberately do not reproduce a creator's original photography or the written story and prose around their recipe. Those are the creative parts that belong to them. The source link takes you straight back to the creator's page for the full experience.

Your saved recipes are private

Recipes you import are saved to your own account for your personal, non-commercial use, like notes in a private cookbook. They are not posted to a public feed and are not shared with other users.

Sharing points back to the source

When you share a recipe from Daily Bite, we keep it light: a short teaser and a link, not a full copy of someone's recipe. Sharing is meant to send people to the original, not to replace it.

Our own recipe library

The curated recipes and photographs built into Daily Bite are our own original work, created by the team behind Success Recipes. They are provided for your personal use in the app and may not be scraped, republished, or redistributed.

Respecting creators

We built Daily Bite for home cooks and the creators they learn from. Every imported recipe keeps a link back to where it came from, so the people who make great food keep the credit and the traffic. If you are a creator and you would prefer your content not be importable, we want to hear from you.

If you have a copyright concern

If you believe content in Daily Bite infringes your copyright, ourDMCA and Copyright Policy explains how to send a notice and how we respond. You can also reach us at [email protected].
